摘　　要：给出等幂和与Bernoulli数的通解公式 ,从而改进了陈景润与黎鉴愚及文献 [9]的结果 .A formula is presented to obtain the general solution of the sum of equal powers and Bernoulli numbers.The related programme is also revealed.The results improve the previous report in the relevant reference.
