东菱精纯克栓酶对爆震性听损伤影响的实验研究

摘  要:目的 :观察东菱精纯克栓酶 (DF - 5 2 1)对豚鼠爆震性听损伤的影响。方法 :随机将 70只豚鼠分为2组 :爆震 +生理盐水组 (A组 ) 35只 ;爆震 +DF - 5 2 1组 (B组 ) 35只。爆震前后于多个时间点测定听觉脑干反应 (ABR)阈值与血液流变学各指标 ,并观察耳蜗微循环。结果 :A组豚鼠的血液流变学改变 ,耳蜗微循环改变及听功能损伤均较B组豚鼠重。结论 :DF - 5 2 1能减轻爆震所致的听器损伤 ,对爆震性听损伤有一定的保护作用 。Objective: To observe the protective effect of batroxobin(DF-521) on blast-induced hearing loss in guinea pigs. Methods: 70 guinea pigs were randomly divided into two groups: blast-exposed +normal saline group(group A) and blast-exposed +DF-521(group B).35 guinea pigs were in each group. Auditory brainstem response(ABR) threshold and hemorheological index were measured and cochlea microcirculation on several different time point before and after being exposed to blast respectively. Result: The changes of hemorheological index, cochlea microcirculation and hearing function on guinea pigs in group A were less than those in group B.Conclusion: DF-521 can relieve the injuries on ear of guinea pigs induced by blast and plays a protective role in the hearing loss.DF-521 is useful for the prevention and treatment of blast-induced hearing loss.
