射频治疗鼻出血的疗效观察与分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨射频治疗鼻出血的疗效。方法 :为 4 5 3例鼻出血患者行射频治疗。结果 :1次治愈 4 2 0例 ,治愈率 92 .7% ,2次治愈 33例 ,治愈率 7.3% ,总有效率 10 0 % ,随访 1个月以上 ,未见复发性鼻出血 ,无 1例出现鼻腔黏连 ,鼻中隔穿孔等并发症。结论 :射频技术具有视野清晰、操作简便、见效快。Objective: To explore the curative effect of radio-frequency treatment for hemorrhage.Method:453 cases with heworrhage were treated by radio-frequency.Result:420 cases cured by one time with a 92.7% cure rate, and 33 cases by twice with a 7.3% cure rate. The total cure rate reached 100%. By one-month follow-up,no reoccurrence of hemorrhage, no mucus in nasal cavity and no nasal septum perforation happened.Conclusion: Radio-frequency is a new type of curative method for nose diseases. It has the advantages of clear visual inspection, easy operation, fast curative effect without any complications and side effect.
