鱼腥草药材质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的对中药材鱼腥草的水分、总灰分、酸不溶灰分、水溶性浸出物和醇溶性浸出物等物质质量进行研究。方法按 2 0 0 0版《中国药典》附录IXH水分测定法第一法、附录IXK灰分测定法、附录XA浸出物测定法测定。结果中药材鱼腥草的含水量均不超过 1 2 % ,总灰分不高于 1 5 % ,酸不溶性灰分不高于 2 .5 % ,冷浸法水溶性浸出物量不低于 1 0 % ,热浸法水溶性浸出物量不低于 1 7% ,70 %乙醇浸出物量不低于 1 2 %。Objective To set up the quality standards of Herb houttuyniae through determination of the contents of moisture, total ashes, ashes imdissolvable in acid, water extracts and ethanol extracts in this herb. Methods These indexes were determined based on the procedures recorded in the Appendix IX H,IX K and XA of Chinese Pharmacopeoia, published in 2000, for moisture, ashes and extracts determination respectively.Results The moisture in Herb houttuyniae was less than 12%, with the total ashes content within 15%, ashes imdissolvable in acid not higher than 2.5%, the content of water extracts higher than 10%,that of water extracts with hot soak higher than 17% and that of 70% ethanol extracts do not less than 12%. Conclusions These data are quantitatively referencable for making the quality standards of Herb houttuyniae better in a new edition of Chinese Pharmacopeoia
