摘 要:目的探讨置铜宫内节育器后子宫异常出血致病机理和以化瘀止血立法的化瘀止血方 (由三七、茜草组成 ,简称SQ复方 )的作用机制 ,筛选出SQ复方有效部位 ,为研制治疗宫环出血病有效药物提供实验依据。方法采用置铜宫内节育器 (Cu—IUD)家兔模型 ,并观察SQ复方有效部位对置Cu—IUD家兔模型血液流变学的影响。结果置Cu—IUD家兔模型血液中红细胞比容、全血黏度 (低切、中切、高切 )、血浆黏度增高(P <0 .0 1 ) ,经SQ复方有效部位治疗后血液流变学指标降低 ,与模型组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论SQ复方有效部位三七总皂苷、三七素。Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of endometrorrhagia induced by Cu-IUD bearing and the mechanism of Stasis-Transforming Bleeding-Stanching Formula (STBSF) responsible for the therapeutic effect on this lesion. Methods The animal model was prepared among rabbits with Cu-IUD bearing procedure.Then, the effective fractions extracted from STBSF were given to the modeling animals respectively and the effects of this formula on hemorrheology of these animals were determined and compared among them. Results The animals in modeling group showed significantly increased values of erythrocyte density and whole blood viscosity (P<0.01),while those in treating group with STBSF showed obviously decreased values of these indexes, compared with that of the former group (P<0.01). Conclusions The effective fractions of STBSF hold significant therapeutic effects on endometrorrhagia induced by Cu-IUD bearing brought about via the effects on hemorrheology.
