摘  要:目的 :探讨特异性抗体在抗念珠菌感染中的作用。方法 :动物试验分三组 ,即A、B两组均为昆明鼠组 ,C组为裸鼠组 ,各组均行气管内接种念珠菌悬液 ,A、B组在接种前腹腔注射免疫抑制剂 ,B组在接种的同时静注特异性抗体 ,分批处死后行组化检查。结果 :B组血白细胞数较A组升高 ,肺内中性粒细胞 (PMN)渗出增加 ,真菌生长不良 ,死亡率下降 ;C组肺内大量PMN渗出 ,真菌发育差 ,死亡率为零。结论 :特异性抗体有抗念珠菌感染的作用 ;Objective:To investigate the role of anti-Candida albicans(C.albicans) antibodies on deep-seated C.albicans infection.Methods:Experimental animals were divided into three'groups.The pulmonary lesions were induced by an intratracheal inoculation of of C.albicans into each of the mice in group A(pretreated with immunosuppressants),group B(pretreated with immunosuppressants and injected intravenously with anti-C.albicans antibodies soon after inoculation)and group C(nude mice).These mice were sacrificed after inoculation and their lungs were subjected to immunohistochemical examination.Results:The numbers of blood leukocytes and polymorphonuclear leukocytes(PMN)in the lesions and the survival rate of group B increased and the growth of C.albicans was suppressed compared with that of group A.In group C,PMN infiltrated prominently,the growth of C.albicans was suppressed and the mortality was zero.Conclusions:Anti-C.albicans antibodies play some roles in the defense against C.albicans infection and PMN play important roles in the protection of host against C.albicans infection.
