摘　　要：就结构用热轧厚钢板和钢带国家标准修订中几个主要问题及理由———牌号及化学成分、力学和工艺性能、表面质量 ,与大家进行探讨。国家标准修订后 ,与国际标准接轨 ,放开化学成分下限和力学性能的上限 ,有利于企业充分发挥成分和工艺的调控功能 ,解决长期以来因成分和性能限制太死 ,造成的成分与性能要求的矛盾。Discuss the questions about the trademark, chemical component, mechanical and technical capability and surface quality in the standard of structure hot rolling plate and strip. After editing the national standard, connect with international standard, give more space about the lower limit of chemical component and the upper limit of mechanical capability to develop the controlling function of component and techniques and solve the problems between component and capability requirement.
