摘　　要：目的 :了解武汉市未婚流动人口性病 /艾滋病 (STD/HIV)和避孕节育知识现状及服务需求 ,探讨针对未婚流动人口制定有效的卫生服务措施。方法 :采取整群随机抽样的方法 ,对本市未婚流动人口 12 32名进行现场问卷调查 ,运用SAS 8 0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果 :调查对象具有一定的STD/HIV及避孕节育知识 ,但明显不足 ;77%的调查对象出现过生殖道感染症状 ;94 %的人认为应该向未婚青年提供生殖健康的咨询服务 ,希望通过计划生育部门、公共媒体、妇幼保健所和医院获得有关知识。结论 :未婚流动人口生殖健康知识水平低下 ,应针对未婚流动人口的生殖健康需求采用多种有效方式 。Objective: To study the current status on knowledge of STD/HIV and contraception and unmet needs for service, and to make efficient healthy service measures for unmarried floating population in Wuhan. Methods: 1232 unmarried floating population were selected to receive questionnaire survey by cluster random sampling. The data were analyzed by the SAS8.0 software. Results: Among the interviewees who had limited knowledge on STD/HIV and contraception, 77% of them had had symptoms of reproductive infection, while 94% of the unmarried floating population wanted to get consultation and service of reproductive infection from departments of family planning, public media, maternal and children's institutions and hospitals. Conclusion: Unmarried floating people in Wuhan lack the knowledge on STD/HIV and contraception. We should take various efficient measures for unmarried floating population in order to promote awareness of reproductive health.
