摘　　要：采用层次分析法与多因子综合对社区居住环境质量进行综合评价,展现评价社区的现状,有利于社区规划决策管理人员因地制宜地采取措施,提高居住环境质量,优化社区规划建设。本文对社区居住环境质量综合评价进行分析,阐述综合评价的具体步骤,并以实例加以分析,对建立社区地理信息系统中的社区居住环境质量综合评价模型具有一定的指导作用。Adopting AHP and mulit-factor comprehensively to evaluate and represent the current situation of the appraised area is a help to community managers and policy decision makes to take measures in line with local conditions, to improve environmental quality of community habitation and to optimize community program and construction. This paper analyzes the integrative evaluation of environmental quality of community habitation, and sets forth a detail procedure of integrative evaluation as well. It will be provided with a directive function to establish a model of integrative evaluation on environmental quality of community habitation in Community Geography Information System(CGIS).
