摘  要:目的 初探溴敌隆的极谱研究。方法 采用单扫描极谱法用PS - 4 0极谱仪选择不同介质于- 1 10~ - 1 6 0v进行扫描。结果 溴敌隆在KH2 PO4 -Na2 HPO4 -NaCl组成的pH值为 7 0的底液中 ,在 - 1 4 0v(vs SCE)处有一清晰的二阶导数极谱波。在 2 0~ 6 0 μg范围内与峰电流呈线形关系 ,相关系数r =0 996 ,检出限为 3 88μg。相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 5 8%~ 8 1%。 结论 实验研究表明 ,溴敌隆在滴汞电极上具有活性 ,于 - 1 4 0v处产生一清晰的二阶导数极谱波 ,在一定的含量范围具有线性关系。为进一步研究该鼠药的检测方法 ,探索其电极反应机理 ,都提供了有益的参考。Objective To explore the polarographic study of Bro madiolone. Method We used polarographic instrument called PS-4 0 and chose different mediums to sca n from-110 to-160 v through single-sweep polarography. Result A clear second der ivate polarographic wave was found at-140v (vsSCE) in the mediums of KH2PO4-Na 2HPO4-NaCl whose pH was 70. The linear correlation was well to the standard con tents of Bromadiolone in the range of 20-60 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0.996.The detection limit of the method was 388μg. Its relative standard d e viation (RSD) was from 58% to 81%. Conclusion The study shows that Bromadiolone has electric activity at the DME and produces a clear second derivate polarographic wave at -140v(vsSCE).The study provides useful reference s for further study on the testing of Bromadiolone and its electrode reaction me chanism.
