摘　　要：胡杨插条繁殖生根极难,因而进行胡杨试管繁殖研究具有重要意义。对胡杨试管苗再生的途径及影响因子进行了综述,对胡杨组织培养中存在的黄萎、玻璃化等主要问题进行了讨论。试管苗黄萎问题没有解决。It is important to study the propagation of Populus euphratica through in vitro tissue culture, since its cuttings are hard to root. In this paper, its in vitro regeneration and affecting factors are discussed. And the problems such as etiolation and vitrification are also discussed. It is pointed out that the mechanisms of etiolation and regeneration need to be further studied.
