摘　　要：教务管理是高等院校管理工作的重要组成部分。教务管理水平的高低取决于教务管理人员的素质。本文围绕新时期教务管理的要求 ,论述了教务管理人员应具的“一个意识、二种精神、三个素质、四个原则、五种能力” ,从而提高教务管理干部的素质 ,提高教务管理水平。The management of educational administration is an important part of higher academic administration work. The level of the management of educational administration is based on the qualities of educational administrators. This paper encircles the requirements of educational administration in the new era and discusses that educational administrators should possess: one consciousness, two spirits, three qualities, four principles and five abilities, in order to improve the qualities of educational administration leaders and their management abilities.
