摘  要:传统发展观片面地强调生产率和经济效益,给人类的生存环境带来了严重危机,具体表现在人口剧增、资源枯竭、环境破坏等诸多方面。面对这些全球性问题,人类发出“增长极限”的叹息。本文研究了现代科技革命的复杂性理论在人类可持续发展中的应用,运用耗散结构、超循环理论,为人类社会可持续发展提供了科学依据。The survival environment of human beings is facing serious crises because the traditional development unilaterally emphasizes productivity and economic benefits. This represents a lot of aspects such as the rapid increasing of population, the drying up of resources, the destroying of the environment. Affronting these global problems, people groan that is the increasing limit. This paper researches into the use of the complexity theory of modern science and technology revolution during the sustainable development of the mankind. It provides a scientific thereunder for the sustainable development of human beings by using dissipating structure and exceeding cycle theory.
