摘  要:研究了在不同程度的土壤水分胁迫下“两优培九”功能叶抗氧化系统的变化情况。结果显示 ,在水分胁迫的前期 ,抗氧化系统中各成分的反应并不完全一致 ,SOD活性略有下降 ,而POD和CAT的活性则快速上升 ;AsA和GSH的含量不同程度地下降 ;脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量均大幅增加。O- ·2 的产生速率及膜脂过氧化产物MDA的含量始终维持在较低的水平 ,这很可能是整个抗氧化系统的协同作用 ,维持了活性氧产生与清除之间动态平衡的结果。随着水分胁迫的继续加剧 ,整个防御体系受到了严重的破坏 ,三大保护酶的活性都大幅度下降 ,而AsA和GSH的含量则快速上升 ;脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白的含量均减少 ,O- ·2 的产生速率和MDA的含量明显升高。这表明活性氧的产生与清除之间的平衡被打破 ,单一保护成分不足以抵抗水分胁迫造成的伤害。The effect of water stress on the antioxidant system of the functional leaves were studied. The results showed that during the prophase of water stress, (1) the activity of SOD was descended slightly, but the activities of POD and CAT were enhanced; (2) the contents of AsA and GSH were reduced; (3) the proline and soluble protein contents were increased obviously; (4)the producing velocity of O -· 2 and the content of MDA were maintainted in a low level. Along with the increasing of water stress, the activities of SOD, CAT and POD were significantly ascended, while the AsA and GSH contents were increased consistently. The contents of Proline and soluble protein were decreased markedly, but O -· 2 producing velocity and MDA content increased. The phenome non in the later period of water stress indicated that the whole protect system was destructed seriously, and the single protective component could not resist the damage from severe water stress perfectly.
