摘　　要：结合实际运行中出现的一例电磁式电压互感器"虚幻接地"现象,从理论上对其产生的原因(工频位移过电压)进行详细的分析,并对工频位移过电压可能产生的的其他情况进行了讲解,以及介绍了判断的方法,最后提出了一些在运行操作中可以采取的限制工频位移过电压的措施。可以帮助指导和处理实际的变电运行工作。Combining an example of falsely grounding of electromagnetic voltage transformer in practical operation, this paper analyzes the reason of working frequency phase shift over voltage theoretically in detail, and explains other possible cases caused by it. Its judgment methods and some countermeasures that can limit the working frequency phase shift over voltage are put forward. It will be helpful in operation of transformer substation.
