摘  要:介绍了中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院开发的生产低凝清洁柴油的加氢降凝及加氢改质降凝组合工艺技术。工业应用表明,加氢降凝工艺具有显著的精制、降凝效果,可用于加工含蜡直馏和/或二次加工柴油馏分油,生产-35号等牌号的优质低凝柴油。加氢改质降凝组合工艺技术不但具有加氢降凝组合工艺的基本特点,而且能提高柴油十六烷值,改善加氢降凝产品质量。Hydrofining-hydrodewaxing (HFDW) and hydroupgrading-hydrodewaxing (HUDW), technologies for producing low freezing point diesel fuel, developed by Sinopec Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals (FRIPP), were described. Commercial runs showed that HFDW process had remarkable hydrofining and dewaxing results, and is applicable to processing straight-run and / or secondary-processing diesel fractions with high wax content to produce high quality diesel fuels such as -35~# diesel fuel. Besides the same features as HFDW, HUDW process can also improve cetane number of the products.
