摘　　要：介绍了一种制备低钠微晶α-Al2O3的新方法。从原料的预烧制度、脱钠洗涤的条件和焙烧制度3个方面 对制备工艺进行了阐述,并分析了各工艺条件对最终产品的性能影响。A new technology of low sodium and microcrystallineα - Al2O3 is presented in this article, which is described from the pre - calcination, de - sodium washing and calcinations. Also the effects of all the terms on the product s performance are analyzed. It is showed that the industrialization of low sodium and microcrystalline α - Al2O3 could be actualized by controlling all the terms rationally.
