五虎散质量标准的研究

摘　　要：目的　建立五虎散的质量标准。方法　采用 TL C法对处方中当归、白芷、红花进行定性鉴别 ;采用 HPL C法测定升麻苷和 5 - O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷的含量。结果　升麻苷在 0 .370 0～ 1.85 0 0 μg,5 - O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷在0 .1910～ 0 .95 5 0μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率分别为 10 0 .74 %和 98.33% ,RSD分别为 0 .6 7%和 1.91% (n=5 )。结论　建立的方法简便、准确、可靠 ,可作为控制该药品的质量标准。Object To establish the quality standard for Wuhu Powder. Methods Radix Angelicae Sinensis (RAS), Radix Angelicae Dahuricae (RAD), and Flos Carthami (FC) were determined qualitatively by TLC. The content of cimicifugoside and 5-O-methylvisammioside were determined by HPLC. Results The linear ranges of cimicifugoside and 5-O-methylvisammioside were 0.370 0—1.850 0 μg and 0.191 0—0.955 0 μg. The recoveries were 100.74% and 98.33%, RSD were 0.67% and 1.91% (n=5), respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, credibility, which can be used as the quality control standard of Wuhu Powder.
