摘　　要：　利用QFD的基本原理,从系统观点出发,充分考虑了产品开发或改进过程中各项质量特性之间的相互关系,采用Benchmarking的方法定量地描述了顾客满意和产品质量特性的值,通过引入期望水平和实达水平等相关概念,建立了基于QFD的产品质量优化设计模型.同时,建立了对产品设计结果进行资源和能力投入的有效性评价模型.In this paper, the interrelation between the quality characteristics is fully considered during the course of new product design or product ameliorate in view of system by using the basic fundamental of QFD. Customer satisfaction and product quality characteristics are quantificationally described adopting the method of Benchmarking. Then, through introducing the concepts of expectation level,actual achieved level and so on, a model about product quality optimization design is established based on QFD. At the same time, this paper proposes a model to assess the validity of the input of resource and capability on the result of product design.;
