层次分析法在物流园区选址中的应用

摘　　要：　采用层次分析法,结合物流园区的职能,从经济效益、社会效益和技术效能三个方面出发,分析了物流园区选址过程中的各种影响因素,并得出它们在物流园区选址中的重要性排序.此方法简化了物流园区的选址过程.According to hierarchy process and the function of logistics plants, this paper analyzes the influencing factors in site selection of the logistics park for the economy benefit, the social benefit and the technical efficiency,and gives an idea on how to get sequence of key factors, which greatly simplifies the process of site selection and may have applicability in this field.
