摘 要:为了研究垃圾焚烧发电厂飞灰的熔融特性 ,选用了两种垃圾焚烧飞灰进行熔融试验。对试样熔融前后的化学组成、微观形貌、重金属分布特性进行了测试。结果表明 :两种飞灰试样在 1 4 0 0℃溶融90min后 ,熔融体表观结构平整光滑 ,有较高硬度 ,其断面有光泽且无明显气孔 ,已完全熔融 ;重金属Ni、Cr等 80 %以上固溶在熔融体中 ,而Pb、Cd、Hg、Zn几乎全部挥发 ,其挥发次序为 :Pb >Cd >Hg >Zn >As。In order to investigate the melting property of fly ash from municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration power plants, two types of fly ash from MSW incineration were selected for carrying out melting test. The chemical composition, surface morphology, and heavy metalls distribution of said ash samples have been tested before and after melting at 1400°C in 90 minutes, the apparent structure of molten samples became flat and smooth, having much hardness, and the cross-section of molten sample being in lustrious colours, and without obvious blowhoes. The ash sample had been completely molten. the heavy metalls, such as Ni, Cr,etc., have above 80% to be solidified in the molten body; however, heavy metalls, like Pb, Cd, Hg, and Zn ,have been almost fully volatilized, the volatilized sequence of them to be Pb>Cd>Hg>Zn>As.
