重庆城市土地置换问题研究

摘　　要：随着重庆城市经济的发展和城市结构的调整,对城市土地开发规划已成为市政府十分重视的问题。就重庆城市经济发展中所涉及的土地置换问题,用土地置换经济学机理,通过对重庆城市土地价格的分析,提出了对城市土地置换的一些建议。With the development of city economy and the analysis of city structure, It has become a problem that government attaches importance to very much the land planning and exploitation in urban areas. This essay is concentrated on the problem of earth exchange in urban areas. Some suggestions about earth exchange in urban areas have been given through the economic mechanism and the implementation strategies of earth exchange in urban areas and the analysis of land price in urban areas . The author offers a theoretic support for city government in carrying out land programming in urban areas.
