摘  要:在增殖培养基 (改良MS +2mg/L6 BA +0 .5mg/LGA3 )中添加 1~ 3.5mg/L硝酸镧 ,对霍霍巴试管苗生长有显著促进作用 ,2 .5mg/L硝酸镧对多芽分化有极显著的促进 ;在生根培养基 (改良 1/2MS +3mg/LIBA +1.5mg/LNAA)中 ,1~ 2mg/L的La(NO3 ) 3 对根的分化有显著的促进作用 ,生根率提高 ,最佳浓度为 2 .0mg/L。过高的浓度对试管苗生长有一定抑制。试验表明 ,不同器官对硝酸镧的敏感程度不同。取 2cm高以上的霍霍巴试管苗 ,用 2 5mg/LIBA或NAA处理 30min ,扦插于沙基质中。保持室温 2 0~ 30℃。 5 0d后揭去覆膜 ,保持光强 30 0 0lx ,相对湿度 85 %以上。正常管理条件下成活率达 75 %。The plantlets in vitro of Jojoba were treated by 1~3.5 mg/L of Lanthanum nitrate on subculture medium(MS containing 2 mg/L 6-BA and 0.5 mg/L GA 3),the result showed a significant promotion on shoot growth and proliferation. 2.5 mg/L had a very significant effect on shoot differentiation. Roots formation could be improved by using 1~2 mg/L of Lanthanum nitrate on the rooting medium(MS 1/2 supplemented with 3 mg/L NAA and 1.5 mg/L IBA),and 2 mg/L had a very significant effect. High concentration of Lanthanum nitrate inhibited the plantlets growth. The result indicated that different plant organs had different sensitivity on the concentration of Lanthanum nitrate. 2 cm high test-tube shoots were treated by 25 mg/L IBA or NAA for 30 min,then cultivated into sand substrate. Plantlets were elaborately reared under 20~30 ℃ in a greenhouse. Uncovered the plastic membrane after 50 d. Keep the light intensity at 3000 lx and relative humidity 85% .The survival percent of the plantlets come up to 75%.
