摘  要:为了保护地下水免遭污染侵害,文章在分析地下水污染的一般特性基础上,总结了岩层的抗污染性质,即岩层对污染物的过滤、吸附、降解等作用,给出了定量描述岩层抗污染性的阻隔系数概念;进而又给出了定量描述地下水遭受污染可能性大小的污染指数概念。在掌握水文地质条件基础上,通过绘制岩层阻隔系数等值线和地下水污染指数等值线,按级别进行地下水保护区划分。只要按区开展城乡规划建设,就可有效地实现地下水保护。This paper gives method that how to protect groundwater from pollution and its significance. Based on the general characteristics of groundwater pollution, it is analyzed that the characters of terrane resisting pollution, such as percolation, adsorption, degradation, etc.. The meaning of resisting pollution coefficient, describing the character of terrane resisting pollution and the meaning of groundwater pollution exponent, describing the possibility of groundwater pollution are quantificationally discussed in this paper. Based on the hydro-geological condition, the groundwater protected district can be divided into separate areas which marked different grades according to the isolines of resisting pollution coefficient and the groundwater pollution exponent of terrane. The planning and construction of city and town should keep to the protected planning of groundwater resources.
