摘  要:四川气区 70 %的井生产的天然气都含有硫化氢和二氧化碳。由于产层压力高 ,H2 S和CO2 的分压也高 ,一般均达到酸性天然气界线。因此 ,含硫气井一般也为酸性天然气井。酸气中的硫 ,既可以元素的形式存在 ,也可以多硫化合物 (H2 SX + 1)的形式存在 ,这就不可避免的要考虑酸性气体开发中硫沉积问题。了解含硫气体中元素硫的性质是研究硫沉积的前提 ,与硫磺沉积有关的参数包括天然气组成、温度、压力、产量等。发生硫磺沉积决定性的因素 ,是含硫天然气中硫磺含量超过一定温度压力条件下的溶解度 ,流体携带的固体小颗粒硫磺低于硫磺析出量。这使得析出的硫磺晶体 ,在短时间内即可堵塞通道 ,甚至造成关井停产。因此 。The gas produced from 70% wells includes hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide in Sichuan gas region. The partial pressures of H 2S and CO 2 are high, which usually reaches the limit of sour gas, since the pay-zone pressure is high. Therefore, the sulfurous gas wells usually are sour gas wells. Sulfur in the sour gas can exist in the form of element sulfur or multiple sulfides (H 2S x+1). So the issue of sulfur deposition has to be considered when the sour gas is exploited. It is the precondition of investigating sulfur deposition to understand the property of element sulfur in sulfurous gas. The parameters related to the deposition of sulfur include the composition of gas, the temperature, the pressure, and the production etc. The key factor causing the deposition of sulfur is the content of sulfur in the sour gas exceeds the solubility under a certain temperature and pressure, and the quantity of the solid sulfur with small grain that can be carried by the fluid is less than the quantity of sulfur condensate, which make the sulfur crystal plugging the channels in a short time, even force to shut-down the well. Therefore, it is an important task for exploitation of high sulfurous gas wells to predict the conditions of sulfur deposition.
