摘　　要：随着地方经济的不断发展 ,地方建设危及输气管道安全运行的情况时有发生 ,输气管道保护工作任重道远。通过对四川气田输气管道违章占压形成安全隐患现状的论述 ,阐明了西南油气田分公司对输气管道违章占压形成安全隐患的治理情况 ,以及如何防止产生新的违章建构筑物占压管线形成安全隐患的具体措施 ,进一步探讨和研究《石油天然气管道保护条例》在川渝两地执行过程中存在的问题 ,结合目前四川气田输气管道保护工作的实际 。As the local economy develops continuously, the phenomena to harm the safe operation of gas transmission pipelines happen from time to time because of the local construction. It is a hard and long-term work to protect gas transmission pipelines. Describing the situation of safety risk caused by occupying and pressing the pipelines against the regulations in Sichuan gas field, explaining the situation for PCL Southwest Branch to deal with the safety risk caused by occupying and pressing the pipelines against the regulations, proposing the concrete measures to prevent the safety risk caused by new occupying and pressing the pipelines against the regulations, discussing the existing problems to fulfill the “Protection Regulation of Oil/Gas Pipeline” in Sichuan and Chongqing areas, and combining with the present situation of protecting gas transmission pipelines in Sichuan gas field, the suggestions and ideas such as making law for pipeline protection and establishing long-effective protection mechanism by joint prevention of police and enterprises are proposed.
