摘　　要：介绍了用计算机数据采集技术对经编纱线动态张力进行数字化测试的方法,测试了槽针经编机在一个成圈过程以及不同送经量下经纱的动态张力,探讨了经编机编织过程中经纱张力大小及其波动与送经量的关系,对改造送经机构以及张力补偿装置有重要的指导意义。This paper introduced the digital method for testing of the dynamic tension of warp yarns using computer-aided data-collection technology, and the dynamic tension of warp yarns on groove needle warp knitting machine were tested during one whole knitting cycle and under the condition of different warp run-in. In addition, the relationship between the magnitude of warp yarn tension (and its fluctuation) during knitting process and warp run-in was studied. The results obtained in this paper are of great importance for modification of let-off mechanism and tension compensator.
