摘　　要：文中对生产纯棉凉爽麻纱针织面料的三个重要方面进行了阐述:纱线的细度和捻度的高面料性能的影响;编织前纱线的处理和上机工艺的调整;染整过程中引入丝光工序的吸湿快干干整理.通过这些设计,使该面料获得了良好的综合性能.This paper discussed the three key factors for production pure cotton weft knitted cool dimity fabrics, i.e., influence of fineness and twist on fabric properties, yarn treatment before knitting and adjustment of knitting technology, and introduction of mercerizing in dyeing process and choice of post treatment agent for improvement of moisture absorbent properties. Through design and adjustment of these factors, the fabric with best quality can be obtained.
