摘 要:采用2-硫醇基苯并噻唑(MBT)与二硫化四乙基秋兰姆(TETD)并用的断链体系(Ⅰ)和常规 TETD 断链体系,研究了聚合配方中硫用量对硫调型氯丁橡胶(G-CR)性能的影响。结果表明,随硫用量增加,聚合物中结合硫的含量增加,断链速度加快,产品门尼粘度降低,门尼焦烧时间先增后减,在硫用量0.6%左右最长。G-CR 的主要力学性能及热氧、天候老化性能均随硫用量增加而降低。采用快速断链体系(Ⅰ)可降低硫用量,因而提高产品质量。The influence of sulfer level on the structure and properties of sulfur—modifiedneoprene (G—CR) was studied by using the mixture of MBT (2—mercaptobenothiazole)/TETD(tetraethyl thiuram disulphide) system(Ⅰ) and TETD system(Ⅱ).If much sulfur was added and theamount of combined—sulfer in polymer increased,than the polymer chain scission was speeded andits mooney visesity decreased.The value of the mooney viscosity of gum with chain scission reactionfor two hrs in system (Ⅰ) was much lower than the corresponding value of that for 5 hrs in system(Ⅱ).The scorch time of vulcanizates delayed at the beginning but,in turn,became shorter as a re-sult of the increase of sulfur level.The tensile strength and elongation at break of its vulcanizate de-creased as the sulfur level increased.Therefore the lower combined—sulfur in G—CR led to the im-provement of mechanical properties and aging stability.The rapid chain scission system (Ⅰ) wasfavourable for G—CR of high quality,with the amount of combined—sulfur lowered and the valueof mooney viscosity obtained.
