摘　　要：大麻 /天丝混纺织物的前处理加工 ,烧毛采用一正一反两火口 ,车速为 10 0～ 12 0m/min ;煮练后可直接加双氧水漂白 ,氧漂时升温不宜过快 ,温度控制在 95℃ ,使半制品质量达到染色要求。选用含乙烯砜和一氯均三嗪的BES型活性染料染色 ,控制好升温速度和保温时间。Pretreatment of hemp/Tencel blended fabric was undergone via singeing with two burners at the rate of 100～120 m/min, peroxide hydrogen bleaching at 95℃at a relative slow speed of temperature rising, directly adding peroxide hydrogen for bleaching after scouring, the semi product quality can meet the dyeing requirements. The dyeings will feature uniform and brilliant shades if process is carried out with BES reactive dyes with vinyl sulfone and monchlorotriazine groups, controlled rate of temperature rise and duration, and suitable amount of various auxiliaries and ratio.
