摘 要:以背板为控制容积,将背板的自然对流和辐射传热视为热汇,建立了板管式换热器数学模型.引入一个导热因子来考虑背板导热对盘管换热的影响,先求解盘管的换热量和温度,然后采用亚松弛法迭代求解背板的温度场和传热量.在23个工况下将板管式冷凝器和冷凝管的模型传热量和温度场的计算值与实验值进行了比较,发现模型传热量的预测误差在10%以内,背板温度场的计算平均误差为2 5℃,表明模型合理,而且具有较高的精度.该思路和方法可用于求解耦合导热、自然对流和辐射的非等温平板传热问题.A mathematical model on wrapped type heat exchanger was established. The plate of the heat exchanger was divided as control volume and the heat transfer of natural convection and radiation were considered as heat sink. A conductive factor was introduced to consider the effect of plate heat-conduction on heat transfer of coil. The heat transfer and temperature of coil were solved firstly. Then the temperature distribution and heat transfer of plate were solved by iteration method with successive underrelaxation. The predicted results were compared with the experimental ones of wrapped type condenser and condensation pipe under 23 different work conditions, which demonstrates that the error of predicted heat transfer by math model is within 10% and average error of calculation temperatures on the plate is 2.5°C. The results show that the model is reasonable and accurate. The means and model proposed here can be used to solve the non-isothermal plate heat transfer problem coupled with conduction, natural convection and radiation.
