摘　　要：实行状态修成功与否的关键在于诊断技术水平 ,考虑到机车车载系统受硬件速度和容量的限制 ,提出了一种基于移动卫星通信的地面远程故障诊断专家系统的实现方案 ,该系统能进行实时数据采集、双向通讯、在线故障诊断、故障实时处理 。The diagnosis technique level is the key for state repair,as the locomotive vehicle system is limited with hardware speed and capacity,an impromentation approach of land remote fault diagnosis expert system based on mobile satellite communication is provided and the system can acquire data in real time,communicate in bidirection,diagnose faults on line,deal with faults in real time and provide the orginal data for state repair.
