摘 要:目的探讨高温与辐射(γrays)联合对大鼠胚胎神经系统发育的影响。方法用高温联合γrays处理孕8~10d的大鼠,于18d处死。按致畸实验方法观察胚胎神经系统的发育。结果41℃组和42℃组神经管未闭、体节异常和脑形态异常与高温温度及持续时间呈正相关(P<0.01)。41℃高温持续4min和42℃高温与辐射联合作用,其胚胎神经系统异常发生率明显高于单独高温作用(P<0.01)。Objective To study if high temperature and irradiation could produce combined effects on the development of nervous system in early rat embryos.Methods Pregnant rats at the 8~11 d of gestation was exposed to high temperature combined with γ-irradiation(1.0Gy,~60 Co-rays).The indexes of embryonic nervous system development were determined with teratogenisity experiment.Results Along with increased temperature,all indexes,cluding dysraphia and abnormal somite and encephalic configuration,correlated with hyperthermy and hyperthermal time.With an apparent time-effect relationship(P<0.01).And the nervous system development and morphological differentiation induced by both high temperature and ~60 Co-rays were higher than that by high temperature alone(P<0.01).Conclusion The development of nervous system of rat on 8~10 week of gestatimal age is markedly influenced by the hyperthermy and γ-ray irradiation.The development of embryonic nervous system and morphological difference were increased by the effect of the high temperature combined with ~60 Co-rays on pregnant rats.
