摘  要:目的观察大鼠实验性脑损伤期间胰岛A、B细胞的变化。方法采用落体法制大鼠脑损伤模型,用免疫组织化学方法观察在大鼠脑损伤期间胰岛A、B细胞的变化,并对以上结果进行图像分析及统计学处理。结果与对照组相比,大鼠脑损伤后3d胰岛A细胞免疫反应明显增强(P<0.05),胰岛B细胞免疫反应明显减弱(P<0.05);脑损伤后7d、14d胰岛A细胞和B细胞免疫反应均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论在大鼠实验性脑损伤期间,胰岛A、B细胞可能共同参与了机体抗损伤的代谢活动,A细胞的作用更为显著。Objective To observe the changes of A-and-B-cells of rats pancreatic islets during experimental brain injury.Methods The model of brain injury was produced by the dropping weight method.The changes of A-and-B-cells of pancreatic islets were observed with immunohistochemical method.Image analysis and statistical analysis were carried out of all the results above.Results The positive reaction of A cells in pancreatic islets were significantly stronger in 3d after brain injury than that in control group (P<0.05);The immunohistochemical reaction of positive B cells were significantly weaker in 3 d after brain injury than that of control group (P<0.05).The immunohistochemical reaction of positive A-and-B cells had no significant difference in 7 and 14 d after brain injury than that of control group (P>0.05).Conclusion Maybe both A and B cells of pancreatic islet take part in the body's natural resistance against the disease during experimental brain injury,especially A cells.
