新乡地区2所高校80例老年人微量元素硒营养状况调查

摘　　要：目的调查新乡地区老年人硒营养状况,为本地区临床血硒测定提供参考值。方法采用改进的2,3二氨基萘荧光法测定了新乡地区82例健康老年人的血硒含量。结果血硒平均值为81.23±14.21μg·L-1,低于全国临床正常值(100～340μg·L-1),处于营养次缺乏状态。血硒含量男女性别之间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论新乡地区老年人应适当补硒,改善硒营养状况。Objective The nutritional status of selenium was investigated in the elderly of Xinxiang, to establish reference value of blood selenium.Methods The blood selenium of 82 healthy elderly in Xinxiang city was determined by 2,3-diamine naphthalene fluorescence method.Results The average content of blood selenium of healthy elderly was 81.23±14.21 μg·L^-1 ,it was lower than the normal reference value(100～340 μg·L^-1 ) and is in an unsaturated stage.There was significant difference of Se levels between men and women (P<0.05).Conclusions The healthy elderly in Xinxiang should be supplied with selenium correctly and improve effectively the nutrition status of selenium.
