诊断肛门前移位的参考标准

摘　　要：对160名新生儿和60名婴幼儿进行会阴部测量,计算出正常肛门位置指数,男性为0.49,女性为0.39.该指数在不同性别间有显著差异(P<O.01),同性别不同年龄间无差异(P>O.05)。以此作为诊断肛门前移位的参考标准。In order to establish a criterion for the deternimation of anterior displacement of the anus, 160 newborn nfants (80 male and 80 female)and sixty children(30 male and 30female) were examined. The anal position index as efined as the ratio of anus-scro-tum distance to coccyxfourchette distance for females. The normal anal position ndexwas 0.49 for males and 0.39 for females. It can be regarded as a criterion for the dia-gonsis of anterior isplacement of the anus and may be useful in the determination of theplace of anus in anoplasty.
