摘　　要：本文在简要介绍科技咨询、工程咨询、管理咨询、信息咨询及人力资源咨询等主要咨询业态的基础上 ,就我国现代咨询业发展存在主要问题进行了阐述 ,并就我国现代咨询业进一步发展问题提出了若干有效方略。This paper, on base of introducing main consulting industry,such as science &technology consultancy, management consultancy, engineering consultancy, information consultancy and human resources consultancy, expatiate on the main questions of modern -consulting industry’s development in China,and put forward some effect measures for the development of the modern -consulting industry in china.
