摘 要:测定了正常人及冠心病病人红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH·PX)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量。结果表明,冠心病病人SOD,GSH·PX活性低于正常人,而LPO含量高于正常人,且心肌梗塞病人较心绞痛病人变化更为显著。SOD,GSH·PX均与LPO呈负相关。提示自由基和LPO的增多在冠心病的发病过程中起重要作用。The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH· PX) and the blood level of lipid peroxide (LPO) were measured in normal persons and in patients with coronary heart disease. The results showed that SOD and GSH·PX acti- vity was significantly lower and LPO level significantly higher in the patients than in the controls. These changes were greater in the patients with acute myocardial infarction than in anginal patients. The above indicates that there is a negative correlation both be- tween SOD and LPO and between GSH·PX and LPO. The suggestion is that free radi- cals and LPO might play a major role in the occurrence of coronary heart disease.
