EFFECT OF CRYOPROTECTIVE MEDIUM ON FRESH SPERM SERVIVAL ABILITY UNDER DIFFERENT CONDITIONS

摘  要:对生育能力正常的男性精液标本,分别在二氧化碳培养箱内、恒温组织培养箱内和室温下(12~15℃)进行观察,比较在有低温保护剂(CPM)和无CPM的情况下,经6种不同方法处理的精子活动率和存活时间。分别于实验开始后3h,6h,12h和24h观察精子活动率。结果表明,二氧化碳培养箱内孵育的精子活动率,在6h内与其他条件下的活动率相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);室温下加CPM的12h精子活动率明显优于其他条件下的精子活动率,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。提示CPM室温条件下对精子也具有保护作用。Samples of normal semen were incubated separately in CO_2 incubators, tissue incu- bators and in room temperature (12~15℃), with or without cryoprotective medium (CPM) added, to observe the effect of CPM on the sperm survival rate. The sperm motility rates were recorded at the 3th, 6th, 12th and 24th hours of the test. The result revealed that while at the 6th hour there were no significant differences in sperm motili- ty rate between the samples in CO_2 incubators and the other samples, at the 12th hours the samples in room temperature with CPM added showed a significantly higher survival rate than the others (P<0.01). This result indicates that CPM also has a protective ef- fect on fresh sperms in room teperature.
