自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人红细胞免疫功能的变化

摘　　要：检测32例自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人红细胞免疫功能。结果表明,与正常对照组相比较,红细胞免疫粘附功能显著降低,血清免疫粘附调节因子明显失常,红细胞促进粒细胞吞噬作用显著减弱。提示自身免疫性溶血性贫血病人存在红细胞免疫功能异常,且与该病易合并感染有关。The immunologic function of blood red cells was determined in 32 patients with au- toimmune hemolytic anemia. The red-cell immune adherence function (RCIA) was sig- nificantly lower than normal and the regulators in serum were markedly abnormal. The phagocytosis-promoting effect of the red cells on neutrophils was decreased. The above suggests that the immunologic function of red cells is abnormal in patients withautoim- mune hemolytic anemia, which is related to infection liable to occur in such patients.
