摘　　要：通过分析林板一体化组织经营模式的内涵、利益分配机制,总结出林板一体化建设中还存在着林板一体化程度不高,林、板联系不紧密,利益分配机制不合理,林农科技水平低,行业管理滞后,发展环境政策不畅通等问题。提出了组建林业(集团)股份有限公司、成立林板一体化协会,建立协会+农户的组织经营模式,加大科技支撑力度,完善政策环境等建议和对策。Forest and board is a outcome going with the development of forestry and agriculture Industrialization. As an organizational management form, it is just at the transition phase from initial stage to mature stage, that is developing phase. Therefore, it is especially important to study the organizational management mode on an organic whole of forest and board, so as to find out existing problems and limited factors, present rational suggestions and measures and guide construction of organic whole of forest and board to sustainable development. Based on the analysis on nature and interest allocation mechanism for the organizational management mode of the united system of forest and board, the paper summarizes the existing problems during the process about the construction of the united system of forest and board, which include the following aspects: the link between forest and board in a low degree, the loose relation between forest and board, the irrational interest allocation mechanism, the low level of science and technology about forestry and agriculture, the lagging level of industrial management, the lack of policies on development environment, et al. Finally, the paper also presents some suggestions and strategies set up forestry Ltd., set up the association for the united system of forest and board, set up the organizational management mode of 'association associated with farmer',strengthen science and technology support degree, bring the policy environment to completion, et al.
