摘　　要：目的　探讨主动脉窦瘤破裂外科治疗经验。方法　自 1985年 1月 - 2 0 0 4年 5月对 34例主动脉窦瘤破裂病人行手术治疗 ,及时准确地修补主动脉窦瘤及矫治合并的心脏畸形。对有主动脉关闭不全的病例 ,轻度不予处理 ,中度行成形术 ,重度行主动脉瓣膜替换术。结果　早期无死亡。 1例术后早期发生主动脉窦瘤残漏 ,再次手术修补康复。术后随访 3个月 - 19年 ,随访者心功能恢复到Ⅰ -Ⅱ级 (NYHA)。结论　主动脉窦瘤破裂一经确诊 ,应及早手术治疗 ,同时矫治合并畸形 ,可获得满意的近期和远期疗效。Objective To summarize the experience of the surgical treatment of ruptured aneurysm of the sinus of valsalva.Methods From 1985 January 2004 May,34 cases with ruptured aneurysm of the sinus of valsalva underwent the surgical treatment,including the early repair of the aneurysm and the correction of the associates abnormalities.No treatment was performed to the cases with mild aortic regurgitation,and aortic valauloplasty to moderate cases and aortic valve replacement(AVR) to the severe.Results No dead early,one recurred valsalva after surgery early and recovered after surgical repair again.Followed up for 3 months-19 years,cardiac function of the survivors recovered to class Ⅰ-Ⅱ in NYHA.Conclusion Following diagnosis of ruptured aneurysm of sinus of valsalva,surgical repair should be performed as quickly as possible,and possible,and associated abnormalities should be corrected as well for optimal results.
