关于农民增收问题的几点思考

摘　　要：农民收入增长缓慢是我国农业发展和农村经济中的突出问题。增加农民收入关系到我国国民经济的稳步发展和社会主义现代化建设的全局。只有从根本上解决这一问题,才能避免它在经济发展中产生负面影响。农民收入增长缓慢是多种因素共同作用的结果,解决它的对策主要有提高农业竞争力,发展规模经济,调整国民收入格局等。The growth of the peasants' incomes is so slow that it has become the most outstanding problem in our agricultural development and the rural economy.Increasing the peasants' incomes has an important bearing on our national economic steady growth and our reform and the overall situation of the socialist modernize construction. Only solving the problem fundamentally can avoid the bad effects in the national economic growth. The growth of the peasants' incomes is a result of many elements and its countermeasures are varied, such as raising the ability of the competing; developing the scale economy; adjusting the pattern of the national incomes.
