摘 要:在矿业权评估中,探矿权评估至今仍是一个世界性的难题。本文根据多年评估实践,对探矿权评估中所采用的地质要素评序法进行了较系统的分析,指出该方法存在的一些不够完善的地方。Of mining right evaluations, ore-prospecting right evaluation has been still a worldwide problem. The authors of this paper, based on many years of evaluation practices, made a fairly systematic analysis of the sequencing method of key geological elements adopted in ore-prospecting right evaluation, pointed out some imperfections of the method and gave suggestions on four aspects of it: (ⅰ) for ore prospecting work between reconnaissance survey and detailed survey, if it is evaluated according to the standard of reconnaissance survey, how can we figure out the work volume of some additional boreholes; (ⅱ)Valuation standard and method in calculation of replacing cost; (ⅲ)Effectiveness coefficient judgment and value selection of each item of work (especially drilling); (ⅳ)Standard for determination and value selection judgment of expert coefficient as well as adjustment of the coefficient.
