摘  要:通过室内模拟交流杂散电流腐蚀实验,分析了交流杂散电流对电泵井套管的腐蚀影响,对比了室内实验结果与现场套管的腐蚀情况.结果表明:腐蚀速率随着电压的增加而增大,随介质电阻率的增大而减小,电泵井套管的腐蚀存在交流杂散电流腐蚀和电化学腐蚀,其中交流杂散电流腐蚀可加剧电化学腐蚀过程.Through the indoor corrosion experiment on alternate stray current, we have analyzed the corrosion infection of alternate stray current to the casings of electric pumped oil wells, and compared the corrosion instance of the indoor experiment with the perforated casing. Results show that the corrosion rate increases with the increase of voltages, and decreases with the increase of the specific resistance in soil. The corrosion of the pump oil well lies in the galvanic corrosion and the electro-chemical corrosion. The former can speed up the process of the electro-chemical corrosion.
