电泵井套管杂散电流排流技术应用

摘  要:萨北油田北部过渡带电泵井的套管存在交流杂散电流腐蚀和电化学腐蚀.为减少腐蚀引起的损失,确定了隔直排流及负电位排流的电泵井套管联合保护方式.应用结果表明,采取联合保护方式后,管/地电位波动由保护前的124.0mV降至27.1mV,纵向上的管/地电位由-0.56V偏移至-0.85V(相对饱和Cu/CuSO4参比电极)以下,排流保护率可达78.1%.Through scanning the pitted leak casing in the electron microscope, we find that the galvanic corrosion and the electro-chemical corrosion lead to the casing leak of the electric pump oil wells in the transition terrain region north of Sabei oil field. To reduce the corrosion rate, we take the measures of the isolating direct current discharge protection and the negative electric potential discharge protection. Application of the discharge protection shows that the change scope of the casing-ground electric potential fluctuation reduces from 124.0 mV to 27.1 mV. The casing-ground electric potential is from -(0.56) V (Cu/CuSO_4) excursion to -0.85 V(Cu/CuSO_4), and the protection rate reaches 78.1%. The combined discharge protection method is worth generalization.
