摘　　要：工程项目的有效管理是困扰工程技术人员的难题之一 ,AutoCAD技术的出现以及在此基础上建立起来的图形数据分析系统 ,可以有效地避免工程项目管理的混乱局面 ,从而取代传统的管理方式。通过在 - 380m工程项目管理中的应用实践 ,解决了尹格庄金矿的实际问题 ,缓解了人力、物力和资金紧张局面。How to carry out effective administration of projects is one of the problems confusing technicians. The graphic data analysis system based on AutoCAD2000 can effectively improve project administration, thereby replacing traditional administration manner. The application of the system in project -380m resolved the existing problem of Dayingezhuang Mining Industry Co., Ltd., reduced the pressures over human power, material and fund.
