摘  要:采用静态平衡法和柱浸法分别研究了碱性条件下黏土对氰化溶液中金的吸附行为 ,以及影响金回收率的一些因素。研究结果表明 ,采用炭浆工艺 (CIP)可使金的回收率达到 98% ;采用类似于堆浸的柱浸工艺 ,当淋洗液与粘土比为 1,1.5 ,2 (w/w)时金的淋洗回收率分别为 70 % ,80 % ,90 % ;如果在黏土中添加 30~ 5 0mg/kg的改性复合抑制剂 ,在与上述相同液固比条件下 ,可使金的淋洗回收率分别达到 90 % ,95 % ,99%。采用该技术可望使泥质低品位金矿石的堆浸浸出率提高2 0~ 30个百分点。The sorption bebaviour of clay for gold in alkalinity condition by equilibrium and dynamic process were researched.Some factors influencing the recovery of gold were studied.The results showed that the recovery of gold would reach 98 per cent by CIP process.The recoveries of gold would be 70%, 80% and 90 % under the weight ratios of leaching liquid to clay being 1, 1.5 and 2 respectively by column leaching.Adding 30~50 mg/kg mixture inhibitor in the clay, the recovery of gold would achieve 90%, 95% and 99% using the same volume liquid.Adopting the process, the gold recovery of low grade gold ores bearing clay would increase by 20%~30% by heap leaching.
