摘 要:以AOT 异辛烷反相微乳液体系制备了粒径 3~ 6nm的单分散金红石相氧化锡纳米晶及其掺杂体系 .X 射线衍射分析表明所得氧化锡纳米粒子为纯金红石构型 .分别以XRD ,TEM ,FTIR和UV VIS对产物进行了表征 .此反相微乳液方法制备的掺杂与未掺杂氧化锡纳米体系均具有较好的分散性和较小颗粒的尺寸 .此外两体系的紫外吸收光谱均出现两个分离的激子峰 ,铜离子掺杂引起氧化锡吸收带边的微弱红移 .Pure and doped rutile phase tin dioxide with particle diameters ranging in 3~6 nm were synthesized using sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate (AOT)-isooctane reverse microemulsion. The formation of pure phase tin oxide is confirmed based on the X-ray diffraction analysis. XRD, TEM, FTIR and UV-VIS were used to characterize the as-prepared precursor and 600 ℃ calcined oxide. Both the pure and doping systems are of better disperse degree and smaller particle size. There are two separated exiton peaks occurred in these two SnO 2 nano-systems. The doping of copper ions cause the absorption band edges to red-shift slightly.
