高原迁移后大鼠血硒浓度

摘  要:本实验模拟人类阶梯式逐步进入高原的形式,将大鼠由近海平面区携往高原,测定了无人工控制饮食饮水条件下,大鼠达中、高海拔高原实地时的血硒浓度,初步发现大鼠进入高原后血硒浓度并无明显改变,对高原迁移中补硒的必要性提出了质疑。Imitated human mirated to high altitude in this experiment,albino mice were taken to different altitude from sea level. Then selenium in animal's blood were measured. It was found the concentration of selenium in blood was no obviously change when the albino mice migrated to high altitude areas (P>0. 05). Based on it,how much selenium can be replenished to those who come into high altitude area has been discussed.
